Our Kaluga Diamond Reserve Caviar comes from the Kaluga hybrid sturgeon. The Kaluga Hybrid produces at least 3mm in roe diameter ranging in colors from brown-gray to very light colors, with the most decadent buttery flavor. Our exclusive recipe focuses on a light percentage of salt - 3.3%. Our Diamond Reserve caviar is light in color.

Returns & Refunds
